I'd say make it 45seconds recharge and let you gain 2 energy ; broken shizzle turned into not good & not bad shizzle ..

Testing shows that WE wars can go /mo, spec some into prot and be able to pretty much spam prot stuff as well (or go any /caster and take spells). People don't seem to use it this way at the moment, but people will. Yeah, wammos with prot and w/e with fire are all good laughs, but if they are gonna make their way into high end gvg then this is a major problem.

Hmm the possibilities...What about Rigor Mortis? Unblockable TA/HB warrior gogogo! Or maybe Grasping Earth... Just wondering, what specs did you use?

ater saying that, this skill would be imbalanced in a balanced GW,

since its not, i fail to see how this is more lame then any other degenerate build?

ws, escape rangers,sins that does +44, rangers that does +96 on 100 armor target with an arrowm warriors that are "im in god mode" (defy pain at low lvl arenas is a RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOing pain).

is this GW world, WE is not overpowered.

That would depend on the spells you use. Lets use your examples- Grasping Earth functions well with low spec, so a 12 12 3 spec will work. Rigor is more complicated- if you plan to spike it then you don't have to spec anything, since 8 sec duration is more than enough. If you want to pressure with it (for example, as you said, in TA) then you can go 12 11 6 spec which gives you a nice 13 sec rigor. Lets say you go W/Mo with prot spirit (yeah, I really mean that), a 6 spec in prot gives you 12 secs prot spirit, which becomes 14 with a +enchant mod. Easily maintainable on at least one target.
